The standard rate for a coaching session is $100.00 per session. Sessions last about one hour; they can be as little as 45 minutes and as much as 75 minutes. If the client signs a 3 month contract, the sessions are $90.00 per session. If a six month contract is signed with Contained Within the cost per session is $80.00. A client who signs a one year contract with Contained Within will receive their sessions at a rate of $60.00 per session. Á la carte coaching sessions are at a rate of $150.00 per session. Á la carte sessions last about 90 minutes; it can be as little as 60 minutes or as long as 120 minutes. These sessions are only available to previous clients of Contained Within who are not already under contract at Contained Within.
Fee for the sessions are due the end of each session if meeting in person or the beginning of the month for tele-sessions clients. If a client pays their contract in advanced they will be given an additional 10% discount. The frequency of sessions - weekly, semimonthly or monthly - is made at the time of contract signing. If the client is supported by additional sessions, they are available at the client’s current rate.
3 month, 6 sessions contract (semi-monthly) - $540.00, paid in full cost - $486.00
6 month, 12 sessions contract (semi-monthly) - $960.00, paid in full cost - $864.00
12 months, 12 sessions (monthly) - $720.00, paid in full cost - $648.00
12 months, 24 sessions (semi-monthly) - $1440.00, paid in full cost - $1296.00
Commitment
The coaching process is a partnership between coach and client, however, the sole responsibility for forward movement is in the hands of the client. It is their commitment to the process that will achieve results. Contained Within makes no guarantees about increased earnings, better relationships or personal development for the client. Contained Within is committed to working with each client to achieve maximum results.
Structure of sessions
The sessions will be structured according to what works best for each client. The client and Contained Within will work together to find the right balance and accountability for each client. The client is expected to take a full and active part in this process and give feedback about what is working for them and what is not working for them. An e-mail will be sent out to the client within 48 hours of their session with the actions steps decided upon by the coach and the client. Contained Within will respond to any business e-mail within 48 hours. Any e-mails that fall under what is considered coaching will be limited to 1 response a week. Any number of e-mauls that are above that will be considered as an additional session and the client will be charge according. If you have any questions discuss with your coach what is considered a “coaching” e-mail and what is not.
Tele-sessions Information
The responsibility of the contact for the sessions is in the hands of the client. The client will call their coach 5 minutes before the start time of each session at the designated phone #. There are many free conference call services available and many of these services allow you to record calls for free. If the client wants a recording of their session, with the understanding that the recording is for their own personal use, it is the responsibility of the client to supply this # and access code to their coach before their first session.
Cancellation Policy
Contained Within requires 24 hours notice of cancellation by the client. If 24 hours notice is not given, the client will be charged the full cost of the session. When 24 hours notice is received, everything will be done to accommodate the client with another session during the same week the session was canceled. If this is not possible, the client will be given a extra session and the end of their contract.
